The top one is not Soviet but postwar Hungarian if I remember correct. The carrier looks original though. Are there stamps visible on the inside?
I am not sure about the bottom shovel. The handle is a bit too long, I can't see the screws that should be there as well so this one doesn't give me a good feeling to be honest.
