Soviet medals

Hi guys , just pick those medals , and have no ideas if ww2 or post war
I will appreciate your help

The Berlin medal is the first variant so awarded immediately post war. The Warshaw medal is the 2nd variant and from around '47/'48. The excellence badge looks wartime but I prefer a bigger, better picture (not sure about the nut though).

I have to agree it is a reproduction. My initial opinion was based on pics I watched on my phone. After comparing this badge with some of the originals that I know the differences are clear and these new pics confirm this.
