64th Guards tank brigade flag...

So...this flag recently went for $2580US on the big auction site.
I would have loved to snatch this up, but was unsure of it's originality. I've heard there are plenty of good reproduction flags out there.

The one picture is reversed for some reason...seller stated this, but didn't try and correct. Also, it was apparently featured in a book.

Was wondering what some of your opinions were on this flag.

Do we know what the initials stand for? I'm assuming the manufacturer, and would all flags have this mark?

I've always assumed that the "Initials" were
those of the superb embroidery artist person.
In a Nazi news photo caption of the captured
Soviet unit banners on display in Berlin, these
Russian flags were said to be crudely made.
Maybe that was the German reaction to the
"Death To Invaders" on these Guards banners.
