Unknown bage (At least to me) - Need some help here

Hello Gents.
I was offered a small lot of badges, nothing special really, but I have zero knowledge about this one.
I know the picture is horrible so I do not expect anyone to tell if they are genuine or not, but if someone recognizes it and possibly could provide some info I will be very grateful.

I'm waiting for better pictures but it will probably take some time so it would be great to know what I'm looking at and do some research in the meanwhile.

Badge “Ready for the PVKhO of the Osoaviakhim of the USSR”

It's the Osoaviakhim badge for pre-military antigas and air raid defence.

The left badge is "Red Cross Society" membership badge.
Both badges are original.

I will hopefully post some better pictures in a while, but it's nice to know these are actually real pieces, not some fantasy items.
