Question on this uniform- 1950s with white shirt?

Is this configuration correct? Can the white shirt be worn with this set, or only olive shirt with dark olive tie?

Black tie/white shirt combination is OK.
The jacket is not from 1950s but from 1960-1970s. 1950x parade jacket is double breasted and lapels were different.

Thank you Sir! I love the blue trousers with this set! I am trying to find images of the white shirt/black tie in use with this set.

It would be almost impossible to find such a photo.
It looks like you have 1959 parade uniform. It was introduced in 1959 but not appeared before 1960.
The jacket you have requires lace-up shoes and straight leg pants. With high boots the jacket is more fitted and requires a belt.
For 1959 uniform white shirt/black tie combination is for high ranking officers(no less than a general) only. White shirt/black tie will be available to all officers in 1969. For your uniform the shirt and tie should be the same color as the jacket.
Russian officers used to mix and match their uniform in day-to-day life. Depends on a unit though. I saw them wearing parade trench coats every day.
As far as I can see this is some veteran uniform, he could wear anything if he wanted to.
