Two WW-2 Award Citations - Signed by ???

Hello,
I have a small number of WW-2 Soviet Award Citations in my collection and with some of them I know some of the details but have been unable to find the rest. I am hoping that someone can help here.

The first one is to a soldier in 54th Guards Rifle Division and is for the award of the Liberation of Stalingrad Medal. Can anyone tell me who signed it please? I have been told it is a Major-General and the Commanding Officer but either my Google-fu has deserted me or there is no listing available after a search.

The second is for the Liberation of Warsaw Medal and I have been told it is the Commanding Officer of 21st Independent Guards Rifle Brigade, another Major-General and also a Hero Of The Soviet Union. Again, can anyone put a name to the Major-General please?

And an additional that I've just remembered - this one is for the Liberation Of Prague Medal. I have not been able to find out the unit or who the signer is.

Second - Hero of the Soviet Union general-major Muzikin
Last document signed by unknown captain from Glinkov district military commissariat.
