Nejvyšší rada vojáků a pracujícího lidu (Supreme Council of soldiers and working people) was Czechoslovak (in fact Czech) illegal organisation in Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia during WW2. Commander of this group was general Faltus. From what I´ve found, their activity included seeking, hiding and taking care of "RAF dissidents" (probably pilots shot down over Bohemia). For example, Vladimír Mařík, member of the group, was awarded by British Field Marshall H. Alexander, for hiding 5 "RAF dissidents" in an old abandoned mine and taking care of them.

This is comemmorative badge of the organisation, that was issued after the war.

The price range is from 40 € for silvered metal to 230-250 € for hallmarked silver badges. Check this auction results, where you find both types (cca in the middle of the list). Prices are in Czech crowns (1:25 to €). First one is Starting price, second one is Hammer.

Great and helpful reply as always Miro; thank you.

The silver one is quite nice!

Let me know if you find one for sale.
