Have someone some info about +- numbers or how is this helmet commonly in compare with clasic 39 helmet ? I have many 36 39 40 helmet but this one I never see before....

The liner is in oilcloth. Perhaps it is manufactured in Leningrad. Check trademarks.

                  Ssh-39

This is not a standard early Ssh-39. It has non-conforming details. See my modified picture...

                  1) The liner pad band (blue star) is made of fleeced cotton fabric and not from die cut wool felt

                  2) Under the "oil cloth" liner, there are these small pockets for additional padding and sizing (yellow circle). I bet there are 3 of them??? This detail is not found on LMZ factory liners.

These details suggest that it is an ersatz liner... the chinstrap further supports this. In my opinion, this is very interesting Blockade helmet... That is a relined early Ssh-39. Relined at some level. In this I mean, it is a bit different than most Blockade helmets that come to market. Most of these have had the entire liner band replaced. This looks like the original liner band, and possibly the original oilcloth part. What is under this is not LMZ factory.

This is original LMZ helmet, re-issued in blocaded Leningrad, ( liner replaced), due it has been removed after picked up in the fields of Winter War and most probably damaged. Helmets has been stored in Kirov factory for recycling, but during blockade time, restored for use. The cheap leather chinstrap is blockade made. Liner ring is original. The early oilcloth liner is original but just a postwar addition to original blockade ring. It may have a chance that some of the liners in that shape has been made in blockaded Leningrad

This helmet does not have a blockade ring. It has the original LMZ factory ring. The fleece cotton pad and small pockets are like those found on blockade liners of the other "cloth sack" style. I would say if any of the blockade liners are original to the period, then this one is as well.
