    Blue Seas, Red Stars

Hello all - I want to pass on to you all that I recently finished reading through a newly released reference book I believe all should have as reference.

I for sure want to say that Blue Seas, Red Stars written by David Schwind was very well thought out and brought back some of the sacrifices our sailors and airmen went through during World War II. Further, David shows multiple illustrations of the Soviet awards and booklets presented to U.S. personnel for their actions against the German military.

Bottom-line, David's most recent book is a must read and have.

Thanks David for your effort and taking the time to put pen to paper.

I have bumped this thread back to the top to read if fellow collectors have read through this book.

          Hi David-

It's available anywhere books are sold. It tends to be cheapest on Amazon, but it can be found on several dozen websites, as well as at least one brick-and-mortar store (so I've heard...)

Dave, great book! I had the opportunity to peruse it while visiting Lorton, VA and was extremely impressed. Again, lots of work and obvious a work of love!
