Soviet Naval aviation Colonel's tunic and belt

I got this in a trade and am trying to figure out if I want to keep it. The jacket is nice and has no holes or tears but the liner is shows a lot of use. The shoulder board is missing two stars on each side, a former member of the Soviet Military told me it was a Colonel's tunic.

Also the buttons are dated 1978 and 1980.

Can anyone tell me how much it is worth and any more info it please?

    Thanks!

With the two holes, it means there's a missing star and then a specialty device above that second star. Probably not impossible to replace.

In the condition it is, I'd say this might be a $15-$20 jacket at best. I don't know what belts are going for now, but in the past I've been able to sell those for $20-$30 each.

            Hope that helps.

Although it may be possile that one star on each shoulder has been lost, the missing star may as well be from his time being a major, when promoted one star was removed and two stars were added below. On the other hand, as mentioned, some insignia (air force propeller insignia, for example) is missing further up the board as well.

The yellow parade belt is for a parade uniform and was not used with the daily uniform, which this happen to be.
