Officers buckle, belt and cross strap

Gentlemen,

I have two Soviet leather belts which could be either WWII or post war. I am going to label them Belt A and Belt B. I'd appreciate your comments as to what period they were worn and what is it about them that made you reach this conclusion.

"B" is M32 and "A" is M35.
