Well, I thought that I would get in on the posting of our Soviet material. Here are some pieces that I have acquired over a period of time. The "Hero" star is of course a copy, but I thought that it looked nice. Also, a set of shoulder boards for a Fleet Admiral of the USSR. Great group, Bill. Have you ever looked into getting replacement ribbons for the missing ones on the Red Banner medals? I've seen several Soviet medals over the years like yours with a missing or damaged ribbon. I backed away because I didn't know of a supplier. Again, nice set.
