    Polish Ring

    Hi guys my friend had this ring in a box in his house for many years. He asked me if it was German and based on the eagle I determined it was Polish. What else can you tell me about it also time period and how much is it worth? Thanks!

        wow, that's a weird one. Even though there are some oak leafs this doesn't look German.
        The Polish eagle [when the soviets aren't around] has a crown on it.. This appears to have a shield with a crowned eagle [?] on chest.. Hhmm,,maybe Austria? Got me on this one, really can't help, sorry..

          Okay well thank you for the help anyways. At least I have a new area to research into. I was originally looking around for Polish rings but now that it may be Austiran I will check in that direction. Also noticed an Iron cross at the bottom of the eagle.
