I think this is some kind of propaganda leaflet related to Finland.

Can anyone tell what it says/is???

I'd guess it adresses to Red Army soldiers to defect to the Fins.
I can read cyrillic characters and recognize some words.

I'm confident someone else on this forum can help you out.

First paragraph reads "Red Army Men! The politruks (political officers) and commissars are lying to you that the Finns are harassing and killing prisoners. Don't believe their lies! Look at the photographs on the reverse of this flier."
