    Cold War Soviet poster translation

This poster was donated to our local veterans foundation. I would like to know the translation to English, please.
Is this a generic poster, or related to Francis Gary Powers and the U-2 incident?

"since you've forgotten where the borders are, we will help you to 'land'", meaning we will shoot you down - i would say it is referring to the Gary Powers incident. it rhymes in Russian.

As a passing observation, Russian and Soviet practice when producing posters was to have small sections of text in the margin that gave a year date, identified the printer and stated how many copies of the poster were printed. I think that the "Gary Powers" association is completely correct, but without that "fine print" text, it's more than likely that this is a later reprint and not something that dates to the weeks or months right after the U2 was shot down...

        Regards

Thanks for your interesting note. I'll look closely the next time I go there.
