    Seem to be silver not gold, no number.

    Replacement medal???

    I don't know a lot about these. But it is weird. The ring is strange as well. Is the medallion full size or miniature?
    Maybe a Transitional Gov't award? One of the Russian language forums would know best I would think.
    If you find out elsewhere let me know, please, as I'm curious.

    edit: Just found this on the net: "Silver. 30 mm. Hallmarked on a loop. Private issue of late
    WWI. Rare and requires research"
    Any of that apply?

      I did not purchase this lot, and have only the pics from the seller that offered me the medals. But 30 mm might be right, I dont know if there are a
      makers mark. It where part of a british Group.

      There are no documentation to find that the British officer won the Award.
      And the Group might have some problems.

        Yes, British grouping could be, and may be, the answer. The lack of ribbon wear is disconcerting though compared to the others.
