              The Flag is Latvian but on the Screw I can read a CCCP so mabe Latvian ssr or so?

                Nico,

                I can help with a few.

                Badge in post #1 is for an "Honoured Worker of the Sea (deep water) Fleet" of the merchant navy and is from, I believe, the '50's.

                Badge in post #3 is for "Excellence in Socialist Competition" from the '60's on.

                Badge in post #6 is a merchant fleet uniform badge. It should have had, at one point, a standard pin back.

                        #6 is Bulgarian and is for a ham radio operator in the DOSO, an organization for younger folks that augmented the country's defenses. #9 is for a Deputy of the City Council. #10 is another "Excellence in Socialist Competition" (on the flag), but I can't quite make out all that is on the white banner below... what I can make out indicates it's for building.

                            Honored Radioman of the USSR.
                            Found this version as a good one.
                            Now the question: in what period, this one was awarded.
                            I learned that there are some early silver ones and also Repros with the Details printed from the Back.
