    What are your opinions on this Russian Winter Infanterie Mod. 1943 uniform?

        Yes, jacket is dated 1973, and trousers 1969... You can see on the stamps. So many of these are sold as WW2

          Yes, i saw the numbers on the stamps and thought they would be the dates ..

            The wearing of shoulder boards on this Garment is not to the dress regulation, it is a "Body Warmer" only, however never was there a more comfortable/useful garment in the Cold Dry environment so it is commonly seen as outer wear.

            It is designed to be worn under the Greatcoat really, that is why it has next to none water repellent capability and no mountings for Obr43 Shoulder boards other than home made ones someone has just fitted. The Buttons used to mount them are not to the larger domed Norm for Shoulder Boards.


            The Belt looks Yugoslavian and the Rexim ( Kirza) Pouches are post Great Patriotic War, a Red Army Re-enactors scale of issue before he learns of the Norms of our Russian Red Army Reconstructors Comrades.

            This Scale of Issue would be a KOMSTITCH matter, tolerated for only a year during initial Cultural Development and background checks when called to the struggle to liberate Mother Russia from Gitlerism.
