I don't knows about this russian badge from the second world war, is it a fake or original?

It looks like a type 1 version 3, but the serial number does not fall within the range for that version.

Better pictures are required of the bottom half of the award. The axe, sword, hammer & sickle...etc.

I personally do not like it, wait for others with better knowledge of these awards.
