Czech Badge ID needed

Does anybody has some details on this Badge?
I understand that this is a Honour Badge, but what does the CSM means and what is a timeframe for this one. It's brass and not aluminium.

It is a honor badge of ČSM - Československý Svaz Mládeže/Czechoslovak Union of Youth (1949-1968). After 1968 was this organization renamed on the SSM - Socialistický Svaz Mládeže/Socialist Union of Youth. This communist organization was similar to the East German FDJ..
These badges were made in several types and variations.
Your badge/variation was awarded in 60's to members of ČSM for a "good work" on workplace like factories etc, and therefore is there cogwheel.

This badge is a civilian, is not military.
