I have a similar uniform with visorcap, that i bought on eBay recently. I´m not sure if it´s authentic or not. I would believe that DPRK items is being faked, but in what amounts?
I also collect DPRK awards. In this area, i think that there are several faked medals. The awards i´ve seen seems to be more authentic. But this is just my opinion.

Tough call based on what else he sells.
He sells Seagull watches, which is fine as they are Chinese-made anyway, but he also sells Breitlings and if you buy into the Chinese fakes conspiracy then those are not good.
I know nothing about DPRK uniforms, OK. But I would guess that at some point they could have been manufactured in China so the uniform could be good. Or, if that's the case it could be re-manufactured by the same factory recently. Or, it could also be an outright fake.

      Just my two cents.
      Thanks,
      Eric Gaumann

Personally, I have always just assumed that DPRK uniforms are probably, to some extent, manufactured in China for the DPRK.

Why? Textile manufacturing is labor intensive and decidedly low tech. DPRK would have no problem making their own

They should have "voluntary" laborers making these uniforms for them for free

There is a lot of counterfeiting of DPRK militaria in the PRC. Most it is focused on the copying the early Soviet made items. The uniform looks to be fake if you compare the materials used in the eBay offer versus the uniforms being worn in this picture.
