Komsomolsk flag

Hi guys,

I found this soviet flag in the stair case of the HQ 8th Soviet Army near

Erfurt in 1989 .

Still don't really know what it is good for !!

Anyone able to ID and possibly determine a price ?

In WAF t=698947, and before on the WAF, as per member
