Request for help identifying badge

Could anyone identify this badge? The overall height is 60mm. It has two screwback posts on the reverse.

Agreed, I get a Balkan or thereabouts vibe from it.

Yugoslav badge for instructors in air force transport school. That was school for air force ground transport (truck drivers ...). The badge is often erroneusly identified as air force trasport pilots badge and so on, which is not. Nice badge, not so often found!
