When I first got this cap/helmet, I thought that it reminded me of an earlier type Soviet Paratrooper one ... but since then I have done some research and it looks like all Soviet Paratroopers I could find look quite different and nothing like this one. There are no markings in or on it. Does anyone know what it is? is it something military or just a civilian motorcycle cap or similar?
