Chinese Beret question

Who's using this kind of colour in the Chinese Froces?
Its very similar to the soviet Army Officers Parade Uniforms, so no real blue or green, something in between.

The symbol on the badge is the Chinese acronym for the PLA. Maybe, paratroopers ???

Yes I know. It's the Model 99, introduced in may 2000 if I recall right.
I'm not really sure about the Colour as it doesn't look like the Navy or AF blue.
