Tool question

Does anybody knows this Weapons Tool.
I have a large Box with Weapons Parts, and maybe this leads me to the right direction.

Thanks for the Info. Now I have to try to find a Parts list to ID the other Stuff.

Most of the Stuff I found so far, but there are some un-id'ed.
at first, the Lower Bipod Mount. What's the difference?
one with the small "legs" one without.

Is this the bipod Main spring?
I also have a Box full of Screws, Bolts small pieces, so maybe I come back with questions.
