Help with Badge Identification

Yes, yugo border troops. Three tipes existed, this is IKOM Zagreb.

Thanks for the information guys. Does the date signify an event in their history as I find it hard to understand why border guards would have a date on their badge. Also is this a WW2 period (as per the date) or post WW2 badge
