post-war soviet? gasmask pouch

Hi, I don't know anything about soviet militaria (I collect only DDR stuff) so I need little help to identify a gasmask pouch I find in a antique store a few months ago.

I presume the bag is soviet but I'm not sure. Is "55" related to the year of fabrication? Or the "62"?

Looks like Soviet, dated september 1955.

Got the same ones with the brown Buckle Strap with a huge Soviet Lot in the early 90's. Not to mention that I bought directly from the Army at that time.
