Soviet Navy General Dress Uniform

A recent acquisition:

The parade dress uniform (jacket and trousers) of a Lieutenant General of Justice of the Soviet Navy.

The buttons are dated 1988.

I do not know how many two star Justice Generals were serving in the Soviet Navy at that time, but I don't think that there were very many.
