Czech or Spanish M30 / VZ30 helmet ?

Can somebody please help me identifying this helmet?
Is it produced for use in Czechoslavakia or Spain ? And what about the chinstrap, is this one good ?

hi, it is a czechoslovak Vz.29 helmet produced for the german Luftschutz. The liner is wartime, but the chinstrap is post war Vz.53.
