For those still looking, here is a nice one on Ebay. It is getting harder and harder to find these and you dont see them on Ebay all that often either. This is one of the most attractive Soviet awards IMO, especially when you hold it in your hands, you can kill someone with that damn thing...

Vadim is right, these are very beautiful especially when you have it in your hand, and the weight is just amazing on these! Personally, the Order of Friendship of Nations is my favorite Soviet Order, and I am surprised that they are selling at the going rate when compared to some of the more expensive orders.

Of all the Soviet Orders, it is my favorite. There is no way to truely appreciate the details of this medal without holding it in your hand. Even the Lat and Long lines on the glove are engraved...

Thanks for the post...

I have a eBay search bookmrrked that includes this medal and some others (like the October Revolution) and I check it every other day or so. I would have never have found this medal due to the 'alternative' spelling.

It's a #3,xxx with orders book but very expensive since it's an early award...
