Generals had three embroidered cuff bars on the M1943 parade tunic.

Very beautiful tunic! I like the piping and the cuff bars! Very impressive tunic especially with two Orders of Lenin, Hero of the Soviet Union, Order of Red Stars and the Guards badge!
