    Help with Soviet IDs ????

    I bought this id's maybe 13 years ago with an auction set. I was think about selling or trading them, but first I'd like to know what they are. Also are the common? I hope somebody could help me.

        First one is ID of partizan certified that Breus Grigory Vasilyevich was a partizan from 1942 to 1943.

          Next one is ID of MVD (Internal Affairs Ministry) employee Irina Ostrovskaya who worked in correctional facility (jail)

                        I can see that the Partisan's ID is in two different languages. Is the other Ukranian or regional form of dialect??

                            The female say's Rostov Region (Oblast) on the Cover and the Point of Issue is marked as Rostov inside.

                              The only information I got about the woman was that she worked as a nurse at one of the Gulag camps in Russian. But from what I read about Gulags, mostly said that they were run by the NKVD. Would the MVD have assisted the NKVD at these camps or did they operate different prisons for lesser crimes??
