Soviet Cap and Belt

Just picked these up from a Antique dealer friend of mine I vist most every Friday. Was part of a larger deal but thought these were kinda neat although I know nothing about them other than they are Soviet Navy. Can someone help me put a era on these?

Stamp on the cap looks like 88 (bottom right in the square), belt could
be 50's-60's, but were still sometimes seen later

Officers Sidecap from 88, the Other Ranks Belt can be every Period.
I had them in the original Boxes of 10 from the mid 80's.

All previous types are different.

Weren't the later types made of the really rigid black leather, and also brown
covered canvas?

Navy belts were made of genuine leather since the end of USSR.
But probably in some unites (Marines?) in latest times also were used other types of belts.
There are at least four different types of postwar Navy belt buckles.
What we have in this thread is latest type.
