Help in identifying this 1915 Russian medal appreciated

Hi, this may be slightly outside the dates associated with this forum but I'd appreciate any help on identifying this Russian Medal which is dated 1915. It is silver in colour and measures approx 3cm in diameter. A translation of the inscription would be great.
