Date and rank on a Russian uniform

Hello forum..

I don't know much about Russian items.

These were found in a collection of stuff from a veteran that was in the US Army from 1943 to 1954.

I assume he picked it up somewhere.

The HBT pants I posted on the German forum, since I thought they were German. But, was told they are immediate post war made in Germany with surplus German materials, in Russian style.

The Jacket and pants are mint with the set.

We need images of the backs of buttons and such, it could be a Reparation Garment. I have a Great Coat with an East Berlin post Code and a German makers name printed in it.

It is for a Sergeant of the Artillery 1943 Dress regulations pre 1950s Insignia reforms.
