The F stands for Fogalomiranyito, Military Traffic Control. Single strip indicates battalion level...Helmets are made of fiberglass...

M75 with three rings denoting HQ level. KR stands for Katonai Rendesz or Rendor depending on source

Nice helmets - a bit more information - your Fogalomiranyito helmet is for an NCO or Enlisted rank the Katonai Rendesz is for an Officer. Also - the fact that they have the makers label in them indicated a manufacture date of the 1980's - during the "thawing" of the factories were once again allowed to place a makers label in their products for the Magyar Honvedseg

Koszonom for the additional info, not much out there that I could find. The outer ring of the cockade denotes rank...didn't know that.
