Odd flag pole top, ID opinions wanted...

I have this odd flag pole top in my collection, maybe for an early
Soviet youth volunteer unit in the Red Army or maybe even Latvinan's in the Wehrmacht, or Czech partisans? Top has five sun rays, or flames, or mountains, at the bottom of the teardrop design - but without anything else above! All opinions on this top wanted...

Thanks for your reply with some ideas about this top! I checked a reference book on the history of Rumanian military flags, and noted that they used a French Napoleonic type eagle before the communist era, and during the communist period had a teardrop pattern flag top, but it contained a large star in same with the Rumanian Arms in the center of the star. The Rumanian communist state arms had but two large mountains left & right of center with the sun raising between them and 20 plus sun rays going up into the sky towards a red star above - much like the center of the Soviet Arms. Thus this lone 5 mountain, 5 flame, or 5 sun ray pattern odd pole top does not appear to be Rumanian, especially as the 5 arcs raise to the center from either side giving one a sense of something significant about same? Will keep trying to figure this one out? Any more thoughts about same are most welcome!
