looks fine to me but it seems to have a replaced plate though.

Do you mean this example of mine is a one produced after 1970?

Its the round securing plate that threads onto the screw post that he is talking about. The order itself is WW2 issue.

I pay 80 euro's for this order is that a fairly price?

Have a look at the thickness and the shape of the plates. If you have a look around at known WW2 issues and then look at late issued ones you will see the difference in them. Prices for soviet stuff is hard to pin point at the moment. If you are happy with the piece at the price you paid then that is all that counts. You should research the serial number on it, might come back with something interesting!
