Does somebody can tell me who's using this Camo today?

Thats "Russian digicam" or "digital flora".

It was supposed to be the replacement for "Flora" for all Armed Forces of Russia.

I believe there have been issues in its deployment - both financial and also that the clothing made from the material has been called rubbish and unsuitable by some senior military officers...

Also called Cifra, the fabric is actually a bit like a blend of the fabric ACU suits are made of, and ripstop.

Are you sure the uniform isn't Belarussian Digital Flora? Since I don't remember seeing M88 cut uniforms in Russian duty, only VDV cut with no lower pockets, and a rank slide on the center of the chest

Looking at it, you might be right about the Belarus thing - I've not paid much recent attention to Belarus current gear - until you said it, I hadn't realised they'd even adopted it!

I am sure the stamps probably tell you something if you can understand them :-/

Well I can read cyrrilic letters, but some letters are a bit obscured in the pic of the stamp :s

Upper label reads "Gomel" in Belarus while lower hat's city of manufacture is "Knyaginino", which I believe is Russian.

While the first Uniform Shown is the first Model as I believe, I got the 2nd Model a week ago.
The difference is the lack of Shoulder Boards, the Rank Slides are on the Front and the left Sleeve.
