    Paratrooper sergeant, but I don´t know if it´s Spetznaz or not.
    BTW he wears a customized uniform (known as "dembel") which was/is a tradition in Soviet and Russian armed forces upon demobilization.

      Can't see the flag on the Beret, so I think he's a "normal" Para too.
