    Unknown Bulgarian badge, warsaw pact?

Hello, I pick up this badge sometime ago and I have no idea what it is for? I am guessing that it is a warsaw military related badge? Would anyone know what it is for? and I was also wondering, how was this badge awarded? Could it go to anyone or was it just for Bulgarians?

I think this badge devoted to Warsaw pact military maneuvers "Shield - 82" (1982)

Now, would you happen to know if anyone who was in the maneuvers could get this badge? Such as a East German or Soviet Soldier? or was they just made for the soldiers of that country? Like this one is Bulgarian but could only Bulgarian troops wear this badge?

Hard to say, but my opinion - Bulgaria is country where WP military maneuvers took place in 1982.

Yes, you´re right. In the badge it reads: SCHIT `82 B(U)LGARIA.
I don´t know how the cyrillic letter after the B must be pronounced.

Thank you for all your help. I found my answer in a book on bulgarian badges/medals. Turns out that many other troops did get this badge including 60,000 soviet troops.
