Unknown Soviet Navy Hat? Please help on this one.

Can anyone Id this soviet hat. It is gray in color. The tassel has faded from black

to a white color. It looks like a navy hat, but the color is wrong? Thanks

I think it standard military marine cap. Such color a ribbon did not see earlier. So it should look. Inside there should be a metal hoop.

To me, the cap looks like one of these tourist Caps they brought from Kiev in the late 90's to Berlin. The Tally can be a faded original but i dont like the Cap. Looks like nothing I had in Stock and I had some hundred from Szechin Garrison in Poland where the Baltic Fleet had a large Harbour incl. Marines.

I had the same problem with a Black sea Fleet Tally in my shop window. Within 6 Month it looked the same and the back was still black.
