Milicja Obywatelska collar tabs rank?

Hello everyone, today I pick a pair of collar tabs for $10 at an military show. They are the excalty like the same ones in the photo that I found. Would anyone know what rank they belong too?

A bit difficult to tell for sure, but I believe they are for Sergeant (first level).
