Is this Soviet tankers helmet?

I was told that this could be a Soviet tankers helmet from WW2.
Is that so?

There is one stamp, pls see pics taken from it from different angles.

Yes upside down. Somewhere at the end of the War they switched to 3 Crowns. Trae Crona.
