Odd Chinese AK chest pouch?

Anyone have any info on a rig with 3 single cell mag pouches + 4 stick grenades and 4 smaller oiler type pouches?

2 x stick grenades on far left and right
2 x oiler type pouches left and right between stick and mag pouches
3 x single AK mag pouches center

I doubt the F1s go where I put them but they fit...........
