Unknown Mongolian Army badge?

Hello everyone, I pick up this badge in a box full of cold war ere USSR and DDR uniforms and hats. Does anyone happen to know what this badge is for? and how old is it? 1970s maybe? Also? Why is it, in white at the bottom? Because I have seem ones in red.

If memory serves it's simular to the Soviet Best Soldier badges, some kind of badge of excellence for the armed forces.

It's definitely mongolian (mongolian coat of arms at top), and most likely some "best" soldier badge - according to pic, for anti-aircraft units. MAA is probalbly Mongolian ?? Aviacia or something like. Roman 3 on bottom is 3rd grade.

It's probably not tank, but self-propelled AA gun, like ZSU 57-2

Normally Best Mans Badges don't have a Grade on it so I would say it's maybe a Specialist 3rd Class in the ADA.

Could be, but from the Symbols I wouldn't say so. For this I miss some other Symbols.
