Soviet military badge?

Guys, any ideas on this USSR military badge, what exactly is it given for, and what would be a fair price to pay for it?

It´s a Komsomol (USSR Communist Youth organization) badge "for military valour", given to young soldiers who belonged to that organization. The name of the badge says it all.

No clue about the price, sorry.

Quite rare, I would say not under 20 euros. OK maybe somebody don't know them or found a box somewhere and sell them cheaper.

- Have achieved high parameters in socialist competition, in fighting and political preparation;
- Have shown courage and courage on duty;
- Perfectly knew and skilfully owned combat material and the weapon, with advantage have mastered adjacent specialities;
