Hello: Once again I turn to the forum for assistance, so I don’t get played like I did with that worthless repro DK I bought. I am looking for a reputable dealer who sells genuine Soviet Medals and Orders. I am looking for an Order of Alexander Navsky Badge (43,600 + issued) and an Order of Friendship of People Medal (10K issued) . Can anyone make a referral?

Speaking of Detlev Niemann

Thanks for the replies! Speaking of "Detlev Niemann" does anyone else have problems accessing this site? For some unknown reason the site will not load on my system. The only thing I get is their banner and that is it.

You may have a cookie problem. Go into your Tools section (providing you have Windows) and look at your browsing options. I don't know what all to click but maybe hit "restore default settings" (if you've monkeyed with them) and try it. I cannot access any Russian site with a web address extension ending in .ru, and can't for the life of me figure out what to click or unclick. So, if I have to see something on a ".ru" website and I'm using Internet Explorer, I'll copy and paste the address when I run Netscape. That always gets in.

By the way, did you find what you were looking for at Igor's site?

Thanks for the referral to Igor's site. I found both items that I was looking for and then some. My guess is that I will be divorced by the end of this year after my wife finds out I just expanded my collection efforts to another continent. I'm still having the same problems loading that Detlev-Niemann site, I guess my comptuer is trying to save my marriage....dumb machine.

try another browser...I used to get java problems with netscape but internet explorer would work...since it's easier than trying another wife...
just maybe not as fun....
