My first ever Bronze Partisan Medal

I am approaching buying Soviet militaria very carefully, because my knowledge is not very strong there. I don't mind overpaying a bit in the beginning of my collecting experience with a new subject, as long as I can extract a lesson out of it. This is a period-made Partisan Medal in Bronze. I paid $200 for it. I think it's genuine. Please give me your opinions:

          Looks good!

I just recently got 1st and 2nd class medals for consigment sale - and the bronze one appeared to be high end fake. Yours has definetly better details even the one I had almost fooled me.

$200 seems very steep for a bronze! i payed about a year ago 80 euros for mine! maybe the dealer just had the wrong price on it!!!

What I have seen bronze and silver grades are usually priced about the same, and 150-200USD is quite good market price. I would be happy to get few originals for 80 Euros each

200 usd... Did it come with the order book? You have a nice and original medal... a little pricey though! With all of the fakes starting to pop up, maybe it is worth the few extra dollars to have the peace of mind..

No order book. But good piece of mind in an uncertain area of collecting for me.
